Breast Imaging Fellowship

The Breast Imaging Fellowship offers specialized training in the diagnostic evaluation and interventional management of breast diseases using multimodality imaging techniques.The program is designed for radiologists who wish to develop advanced skills in breast imaging interpretation, image-guided procedures, and multidisciplinary breast care.


Program Highlights:

Participants will gain exposure to the full spectrum of breast imaging and interventions, including:


  • Digital and tomosynthesis mammography for screening and diagnostic evaluation

  • Breast ultrasound and Doppler assessment

  • Breast MRI for high-risk screening and problem-solving

  • Image-guided procedures such as FNAC, core biopsy, and vacuum-assisted biopsy

  • Preoperative localization and wire-guided marking techniques

  • Multidisciplinary review of imaging-pathology correlation and treatment planning


Fellows will work alongside experienced breast radiologists and surgeons within specialized breast imaging units, participating in both diagnostic and interventional workflows.


Training Experience

• Hands-on procedural training in a high-volume center

• Exposure to mammography, ultrasound, MRI, and interventional breast procedures

• Participation in multidisciplinary breast tumor boards and imaging-pathology correlation meetings

• Opportunities for clinical research, publications, and presentations at national meetings


Duration and tuition fees:

1 month: 3,800 USD

2 months : 7,500 USD

3 months : 10,000 USD

6 Months : 15,000 USD

1 Year : 25,000 USD


Fellowship application process:


NMC Temporary License:

For hands-on training, a temporary NMC license is required here in india (the National Medical Commission authorization for foreign doctors to undertake practical training).


The licensing process typically takes around two months, and our office will handle all necessary procedures on your behalf. We recommend planning your schedule accordingly to accommodate this timeline.

2. Address (Current & Permanent)

3. Parent’s Name

4. Date of Birth

5. Passport Size Photograph

6. Passport Copy

7. All Degree Certificates (including any Specialities, if applicable)

8. Valid Medical Practitioner License

9. Valid Good Standing Certificate

Hotel rates start from 40$/day (other options are available for long stay).


Certificate:

Upon successful completion of the program, you will receive an official Fellowship Certificate issued by the hosting hospital.
