Program Highlight:

Our structured hands-on training offers focused exposure to essential corneal surgeries and anterior segment procedures in a high-volume ophthalmic setting.

Participants will gain practical experience in key techniques such as corneal suturing, cyanoacrylate glue application, DSEK tissue preparation, and amniotic membrane grafting (AMG). In addition, the program includes supervised participation or observation in commonly performed procedures like pterygium excision, superficial keratectomy, collagen cross-linking (CXL), and assisting in penetrating keratoplasty (PKP) or DALK, when available.

The training emphasizes core microsurgical skills including tissue handling under high magnification, precise suturing, graft preparation, and the safe use of ophthalmic surgical instruments
