The Head & Neck Onco-Surgery Fellowship provides advanced surgical training in the evaluation and management of benign and malignant tumors of the head and neck region.The program is designed for ENT and general surgeons who wish to develop operative proficiency and multidisciplinary understanding in oncologic head and neck surgery.
Program Highlights:
Surgical management of oral cavity, oropharyngeal, laryngeal, thyroid, and salivary gland malignancies.
Neck dissection, parotidectomy, and composite resection for advanced lesions.
Exposure to microvascular reconstruction, flap design, and defect coverage.
Multidisciplinary tumor board participation with oncology, radiotherapy, and plastic surgery teams.
Postoperative management, airway care, and rehabilitation after major head and neck surgeries.
Fellows will train under the supervision of senior head and neck onco-surgeons in tertiary referral centers with high oncologic case volumes.
Training Experience
• Hands-on operative exposure in head and neck oncology and reconstructive procedures
• Participation in tumor boards, case discussions, and multidisciplinary planning meetings
• Experience in perioperative management, follow-up care, and oncologic surveillance
• Opportunities for clinical research, publications, and academic presentations
Duration and tuition fees:
1 month: 3,800 USD
2 months : 7,500 USD
3 months : 10,000 USD
6 Months : 15,000 USD
1 Year : 25,000 USD
Fellowship application process:
NMC Temporary License:
For hands-on training, a temporary NMC license is required here in india (the National Medical Commission authorization for foreign doctors to undertake practical training).
The licensing process typically takes around two months, and our office will handle all necessary procedures on your behalf. We recommend planning your schedule accordingly to accommodate this timeline.

Certificate:
Upon successful completion of the program, you will receive an official Fellowship Certificate issued by the hosting hospital.
