The Heart Failure & Transplant Cardiology Fellowship provides specialized training in the evaluation and management of patients with advanced heart failure, mechanical circulatory support, and cardiac transplantation.

The program is designed for cardiologists seeking comprehensive clinical and procedural experience in advanced heart failure therapies and multidisciplinary care.


Program Highlights:

  • Participants will gain exposure to:

  • Diagnostic evaluation and staging of heart failure

  • Optimization of medical and device-based therapy (ICD, CRT, LVAD)

  • Hemodynamic assessment and management using right heart catheterization

  • Evaluation and selection of candidates for heart transplantation

  • Post-transplant care and immunosuppressive management


Fellows will work closely with advanced heart failure specialists, transplant cardiologists, and cardiac surgeons as part of an integrated heart team.


Training Experience

• Hands-on procedural training in a high-volume center

• Involvement in heart failure clinics, hemodynamic studies, and transplant evaluation rounds

• Participation in multidisciplinary case discussions and patient management meetings

• Opportunities for clinical research, publications, and presentations at national meetings


Duration and tuition fees:

1 month: 3,800 USD

2 months : 7,500 USD

3 months : 10,000 USD

6 Months : 15,000 USD

1 Year : 25,000 USD


Fellowship application process:


NMC Temporary License:

For hands-on training, a temporary NMC license is required here in india (the National Medical Commission authorization for foreign doctors to undertake practical training).


The licensing process typically takes around two months, and our office will handle all necessary procedures on your behalf. We recommend planning your schedule accordingly to accommodate this timeline.

2. Address (Current & Permanent)

3. Parent’s Name

4. Date of Birth

5. Passport Size Photograph

6. Passport Copy

7. All Degree Certificates (including any Specialities, if applicable)

8. Valid Medical Practitioner License

9. Valid Good Standing Certificate
