Interventional Radiology Fellowship

The Interventional Radiology Fellowship provides comprehensive, hands-on training in image-guided diagnostic and therapeutic procedures across multiple organ systems.The program is designed for radiologists and clinicians seeking to develop procedural proficiency and clinical judgment in minimally invasive interventions using ultrasound, fluoroscopy, CT, and MRI guidance.


Program Highlights:

Participants will gain practical exposure to a wide range of interventional procedures, including:


  • Vascular interventions such as angioplasty, stenting, and embolization

  • Non-vascular procedures including biopsies, drainages, and ablations

  • Hepatobiliary and renal interventions (PTBD, nephrostomy, TIPS)

  • Oncology-related interventions such as chemoembolization and radiofrequency ablation

  • Management of peripheral vascular disease and venous access procedures


Fellows will work under the supervision of experienced interventional radiologists, actively involved in pre-procedure evaluation, procedural planning, and post-procedure care.


Training Experience

• Hands-on procedural training in a high-volume center

• Exposure to vascular and non-vascular image-guided interventions using multiple modalities

• Involvement in case planning, image interpretation, and multidisciplinary discussions

• Opportunities for clinical research, publications, and presentations at national meetings


Duration and tuition fees:

1 month: 3,800 USD

2 months : 7,500 USD

3 months : 10,000 USD

6 Months : 15,000 USD

1 Year : 25,000 USD


Fellowship application process:


NMC Temporary License:

For hands-on training, a temporary NMC license is required here in india (the National Medical Commission authorization for foreign doctors to undertake practical training).


The licensing process typically takes around two months, and our office will handle all necessary procedures on your behalf. We recommend planning your schedule accordingly to accommodate this timeline.

4. Date of Birth

5. Passport Size Photograph

6. Passport Copy

7. All Degree Certificates (including any Specialities, if applicable)

8. Valid Medical Practitioner License

9. Valid Good Standing Certificate

Hotel rates start from 40$/day (other options are available for long stay).


Certificate:

Upon successful completion of the program, you will receive an official Fellowship Certificate issued by the hosting hospital.
