The objective of the Left Ventricular Assist Device Training Program is to provide healthcare professionals with specialized education and training in the clinical activities related to Left Ventricular Assist Device, including Patient Evaluation, LVAD Implantation Procedure, Imaging Modalities, Postoperative Care, Device Management, Collaboration with Surgical Team and Address the common complications associated with LVADs and the strategies for troubleshooting, emphasizing patient safety and effective problem-solving.
By the end of the program, the trainee will have developed the the knowledge and skills required to provide high-quality, evidence-based care to patients with Left Ventricular Assist Device and contribute to ongoing advancements in the field.
