The Robotic & Laparoscopic Urology Fellowship provides advanced training in minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgical management of urological diseases.The program is designed for urologists seeking to enhance their technical and clinical proficiency in modern operative urology using advanced laparoscopic and robotic systems.
Program Highlights:
Participants will gain hands-on experience in a wide range of minimally invasive procedures, including:
Robotic/laparoscopic radical and partial nephrectomy, prostatectomy, and cystectomy.
Reconstructive procedures including pyeloplasty and ureteral reimplantation.
Console operation, robotic docking, troubleshooting, and team coordination.
Patient positioning, trocar placement, intracorporeal suturing, and surgical ergonomics.
Participation in preoperative planning, intraoperative execution, and postoperative management.
Fellows will work under the supervision of experienced robotic surgeons, participating in preoperative case selection, console and bedside assistance, and postoperative management.
Training Experience
• Hands-on procedural training in robotic and laparoscopic urological surgery
• Exposure to prostate, kidney, adrenal, and reconstructive procedures across benign and malignant pathologies
• Participation in surgical planning, case discussions, and perioperative management
• Opportunities for clinical research, publications, and presentations at national meetings
Duration and tuition fees:
1 month: 3,800 USD
2 months : 7,500 USD
3 months : 10,000 USD
6 Months : 15,000 USD
1 Year : 25,000 USD
Fellowship application process:
NMC Temporary License:
For hands-on training, a temporary NMC license is required here in india (the National Medical Commission authorization for foreign doctors to undertake practical training).
The licensing process typically takes around two months, and our office will handle all necessary procedures on your behalf. We recommend planning your schedule accordingly to accommodate this timeline.
