The High-Risk Pregnancy & Maternal-Fetal Medicine Fellowship provides comprehensive clinical training in the management of complicated pregnancies and fetal disorders.The program is designed for obstetricians and gynecologists seeking to advance their expertise in prenatal care, fetal assessment, and multidisciplinary management of high-risk maternal and fetal conditions.
Program Highlights:
Evaluation and management of pregnancy complications such as preeclampsia, diabetes, preterm labor, and intrauterine growth restriction.
Fetal monitoring, Doppler studies, and anomaly detection through obstetric ultrasonography.
Management of multiple pregnancies and preterm birth prevention strategies.
Coordination of care for maternal medical conditions including cardiac, renal, and autoimmune diseases.
Collaboration with neonatology, anesthesia, and internal medicine teams for integrated perinatal management.
Fellows will train under the supervision of senior maternal-fetal medicine specialists in tertiary care hospitals with high delivery volumes and dedicated fetal medicine units.
Training Experience
• Hands-on clinical exposure in labor wards, fetal assessment units, and antenatal clinics
• Experience in managing medical and obstetric complications during pregnancy
• Participation in multidisciplinary case discussions and perinatal review meetings
• Opportunities for clinical research, publications, and academic presentations
Duration and tuition fees:
1 month: 3,800 USD
2 months : 7,500 USD
3 months : 10,000 USD
6 Months : 15,000 USD
1 Year : 25,000 USD
Fellowship application process:
NMC Temporary License:
For hands-on training, a temporary NMC license is required here in india (the National Medical Commission authorization for foreign doctors to undertake practical training).
The licensing process typically takes around two months, and our office will handle all necessary procedures on your behalf. We recommend planning your schedule accordingly to accommodate this timeline.
