The Urogynecology & Pelvic Floor Reconstruction Fellowship provides specialized training in the diagnosis and surgical management of female pelvic floor disorders.The program is designed for obstetricians and gynecologists interested in gaining advanced operative and clinical experience in urogynecology and reconstructive pelvic surgery.
Program Highlights:
Evaluation and management of pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, and pelvic floor dysfunction.
Vaginal, abdominal, and laparoscopic approaches for pelvic floor repair and vault suspension.
Sling procedures and mesh-free techniques for stress urinary incontinence.
Preoperative urodynamic assessment and postoperative functional evaluation.
Coordination of care with urology, physiotherapy, and rehabilitation services for comprehensive patient management.
Fellows will train under the supervision of experienced urogynecologists in tertiary centers with dedicated pelvic floor clinics and operative units.
Training Experience
• Hands-on procedural training in pelvic reconstructive and incontinence surgeries
• Exposure to vaginal, laparoscopic, and minimally invasive repair techniques
• Participation in patient evaluation, urodynamic studies, and multidisciplinary case reviews
• Opportunities for clinical research, publications, and academic presentations
Duration and tuition fees:
1 month: 3,800 USD
2 months : 7,500 USD
3 months : 10,000 USD
6 Months : 15,000 USD
1 Year : 25,000 USD
Fellowship application process:
NMC Temporary License:
For hands-on training, a temporary NMC license is required here in india (the National Medical Commission authorization for foreign doctors to undertake practical training).
The licensing process typically takes around two months, and our office will handle all necessary procedures on your behalf. We recommend planning your schedule accordingly to accommodate this timeline.
