Neonatology and Neonatal Intensive Care Fellowship

The Pediatric Neonatology (NICU) Fellowship provides intensive, hands-on training in the care of critically ill and premature newborns.The program is designed for pediatricians and physicians seeking structured exposure to advanced neonatal intensive care practices within high-volume tertiary centers.


Program Highlights:


  • Clinical management of preterm and low-birth-weight infants, neonatal respiratory distress, and perinatal asphyxia.

  • Use of neonatal ventilators, CPAP, and high-flow oxygen systems.

  • Umbilical venous and arterial line insertion, exchange transfusion, and total parenteral nutrition (TPN).

  • Management of neonatal sepsis, jaundice, metabolic disorders, and congenital anomalies.

  • Multidisciplinary collaboration with obstetrics, anesthesia, and pediatric surgery teams.


Fellows will train under the supervision of experienced neonatologists in well-equipped neonatal intensive care units managing a large volume of high-risk deliveries and newborn admissions.


Training Experience

• Hands-on exposure to neonatal resuscitation, ventilation, and procedural care

• Involvement in daily NICU rounds, case discussions, and multidisciplinary decision-making

• Participation in delivery room management and stabilization of high-risk newborns

• Opportunities for audit, case documentation, and clinical research in neonatal care


Duration and tuition fees:

1 month: 3,800 USD

2 months : 7,500 USD

3 months : 10,000 USD

6 Months : 15,000 USD

1 Year : 25,000 USD


Fellowship application process:


NMC Temporary License:

For hands-on training, a temporary NMC license is required here in india (the National Medical Commission authorization for foreign doctors to undertake practical training).


The licensing process typically takes around two months, and our office will handle all necessary procedures on your behalf. We recommend planning your schedule accordingly to accommodate this timeline.

4. Date of Birth

5. Passport Size Photograph

6. Passport Copy

7. All Degree Certificates (including any Specialities, if applicable)

8. Valid Medical Practitioner License

9. Valid Good Standing Certificate
