Breast Onco-Surgery Fellowship

The Breast Oncosurgery Fellowship provides comprehensive surgical training in the management of benign and malignant breast diseases.The program is designed for general surgeons and surgical oncologists seeking to gain advanced experience in breast cancer surgery and oncoplastic techniques within multidisciplinary oncology settings.


Program Highlights:


  • Diagnostic evaluation and surgical management of breast tumors and cystic lesions.

  • Modified radical mastectomy, breast-conserving surgery, and axillary lymph node dissection.

  • Sentinel lymph node biopsy and frozen section correlation.

  • Exposure to oncoplastic and reconstructive techniques for aesthetic preservation.

  • Participation in multidisciplinary tumor boards and preoperative planning sessions.


Fellows will train under the supervision of experienced breast oncosurgeons in tertiary oncology centers with a high operative volume and dedicated breast clinics.


Training Experience

• Hands-on operative training in breast cancer and reconstructive procedures

• Exposure to diagnostic workup, surgical planning, and postoperative care

• Involvement in multidisciplinary discussions and follow-up clinics

• Opportunities for clinical research, publications, and academic presentations


Duration and tuition fees:

1 month: 3,800 USD

2 months : 7,500 USD

3 months : 10,000 USD

6 Months : 15,000 USD

1 Year : 25,000 USD


Fellowship application process:


NMC Temporary License:

For hands-on training, a temporary NMC license is required here in india (the National Medical Commission authorization for foreign doctors to undertake practical training).


The licensing process typically takes around two months, and our office will handle all necessary procedures on your behalf. We recommend planning your schedule accordingly to accommodate this timeline.

1. Full Name of the Applicant

2. Address (Current & Permanent)

3. Parent’s Name

4. Date of Birth

5. Passport Size Photograph

6. Passport Copy

7. All Degree Certificates (including any Specialities, if applicable)

8. Valid Medical Practitioner License

9. Valid Good Standing Certificate

Hotel rates start from 40$/day (other options are available for long stay).


Certificate:

Upon successful completion of the program, you will receive an official Fellowship Certificate issued by the hosting hospital.
