The Arthroscopy & Sports Medicine Fellowship provides structured, hands-on training in the diagnosis and management of sports-related injuries and joint disorders using arthroscopic and minimally invasive techniques.The program is designed for orthopedic surgeons who wish to develop advanced operative skills and clinical understanding in sports medicine and joint preservation.


Program Highlights:

Participants will gain exposure to a broad range of arthroscopic procedures, including:


  • Knee arthroscopy for meniscal and ligament reconstruction (ACL, PCL)

  • Shoulder arthroscopy for rotator cuff repair and instability correction (Bankart, SLAP)

  • Hip and ankle arthroscopy depending on case availability

  • Management of cartilage injuries and joint preservation techniques

  • Preoperative evaluation, rehabilitation protocols, and return-to-sport assessment


Fellows will train under the supervision of experienced arthroscopy and sports medicine specialists, actively involved in clinical decision-making, operative procedures, and postoperative rehabilitation planning.


Training Experience

• Hands-on procedural training in a high-volume center

• Exposure to knee, shoulder, and multi-joint arthroscopic surgeries across varied pathologies

• Participation in preoperative case planning, rehabilitation discussions, and outcome evaluations

• Opportunities for clinical research, publications, and presentations at national meetings


Duration and tuition fees:

1 month: 3,800 USD

2 months : 7,500 USD

3 months : 10,000 USD

6 Months : 15,000 USD

1 Year : 25,000 USD


Fellowship application process:


NMC Temporary License:

For hands-on training, a temporary NMC license is required here in india (the National Medical Commission authorization for foreign doctors to undertake practical training).


The licensing process typically takes around two months, and our office will handle all necessary procedures on your behalf. We recommend planning your schedule accordingly to accommodate this timeline.

3. Parent’s Name

4. Date of Birth

5. Passport Size Photograph

6. Passport Copy

7. All Degree Certificates (including any Specialities, if applicable)

8. Valid Medical Practitioner License

9. Valid Good Standing Certificate

Hotel rates start from 40$/day (other options are available for long stay).


Certificate:

Upon successful completion of the program, you will receive an official Fellowship Certificate issued by the hosting hospital.
