Spine Surgery Fellowship

The Spine Surgery Fellowship provides comprehensive training in the evaluation and surgical management of spinal disorders involving the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar regions.The program is designed for orthopedic and neurosurgeons who wish to gain advanced operative experience in degenerative, traumatic, and minimally invasive spine surgery.


Program Highlights:

Participants will gain exposure to a wide range of spinal pathologies and procedures, including:


  • Lumbar and cervical decompression, discectomy, and fusion

  • Management of spinal trauma and fractures

  • Minimally invasive and endoscopic spine surgery

  • Deformity correction for scoliosis and kyphosis

  • Spinal instrumentation, stabilization, and navigation techniques

  • Postoperative rehabilitation and long-term follow-up management


Fellows will train under the supervision of experienced spine surgeons within multidisciplinary spine units, participating in both elective and emergency cases.


Training Experience

• Hands-on procedural training in a high-volume spine surgery center

• Exposure to open, minimally invasive, and endoscopic spine procedures across varied pathologies

• Participation in preoperative case discussions, surgical planning, and postoperative rehabilitation

• Opportunities for clinical research, publications, and presentations at national meetings


Training Experience

• Hands-on procedural training in a high-volume center

• Exposure to knee, shoulder, and multi-joint arthroscopic surgeries across varied pathologies

• Participation in preoperative case planning, rehabilitation discussions, and outcome evaluations

• Opportunities for clinical research, publications, and presentations at national meetings


Duration and tuition fees:

1 month: 3,800 USD

2 months : 7,500 USD

3 months : 10,000 USD

6 Months : 15,000 USD

1 Year : 25,000 USD


Fellowship application process:


NMC Temporary License:

For hands-on training, a temporary NMC license is required here in india (the National Medical Commission authorization for foreign doctors to undertake practical training).


The licensing process typically takes around two months, and our office will handle all necessary procedures on your behalf. We recommend planning your schedule accordingly to accommodate this timeline.

4. Date of Birth

5. Passport Size Photograph

6. Passport Copy

7. All Degree Certificates (including any Specialities, if applicable)

8. Valid Medical Practitioner License

9. Valid Good Standing Certificate

Hotel rates start from 40$/day (other options are available for long stay).


Certificate:

Upon successful completion of the program, you will receive an official Fellowship Certificate issued by the hosting hospital.
