The Robotic/Laparoscopic GI Surgery Fellowship provides focused training in modern minimally invasive GI surgical techniques. The program is designed for qualified general and gastrointestinal surgeons seeking to advance their expertise in complex laparoscopic and robotic procedures for benign and malignant gastrointestinal diseases.


Program Highlights:

• Advanced laparoscopic colectomy and colorectal procedures

• Laparoscopic and robotic gastrectomy and upper GI surgery

• Minimally invasive management of complex hernias and foregut disorders

• Oncologic principles and enhanced recovery protocols (ERAS) in GI surgery


Fellows will train under the supervision of experienced senior GI surgeons in high-volume tertiary centers where advanced laparoscopic and robotic approaches are routinely performed.


Training Experience

• Active participation in advanced laparoscopic and robotic operating lists

• Direct mentorship under specialized GI surgeons

• Involvement in preoperative planning and postoperative management

• Participation in multidisciplinary meetings, surgical audits, and case discussions


Duration and tuition fees:

1 month: 3,800 USD

2 months : 7,500 USD

3 months : 10,000 USD

6 Months : 15,000 USD

1 Year : 25,000 USD


Fellowship application process:


NMC Temporary License:

For hands-on training, a temporary NMC license is required here in india (the National Medical Commission authorization for foreign doctors to undertake practical training).


The licensing process typically takes around two months, and our office will handle all necessary procedures on your behalf. We recommend planning your schedule accordingly to accommodate this timeline.

1. Full Name of the Applicant

2. Address (Current & Permanent)

3. Parent’s Name

4. Date of Birth

5. Passport Size Photograph

6. Passport Copy

7. All Degree Certificates (including any Specialities, if applicable)

8. Valid Medical Practitioner License

9. Valid Good Standing Certificate

Accommodation:

Hotel rates start from 40$/day (other options are available for long stay).


Certificate:

Upon successful completion of the program, you will receive an official Fellowship Certificate issued by the hosting hospital.
